Shipping Policy
General
GHI Electronics uses two carriers, FedEx and the United States Postal Service (USPS). USPS is typically less expensive but does not provide detailed tracking information. FedEx is the more expensive option, but is usually faster with a highly detailed tracking system. We recommend using FedEx for valuable purchases, but both carriers are reliable.
- We do not ship partial orders.
- We do not ship FedEx Ground to Canada.
- FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Instead you'll need to use USPS.
- FedEx shipments are made without signature requirements. However, FedEx may require a signature based on shipping method and location.
- USPS is not tracked outside the United States.
- GHI Electronics cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages. We will file claims for those that are insured.
Please contact us directly to file a claim. - GHI Electronics is not responsible for any additional costs (such as taxes, etc.) you may incur when the shipment enters your country's customs. Nor are we liable for any delays your shipment may experience at customs.
Processing
We do our best to process orders within 1-2 business days. Orders placed by 11:00 am ET on business days usually ship the same day. Please see our same-day shipping below for more information. You can also check your order status by logging into your account and viewing your order history.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated on the 1st page of the ordering process. If you want to use your own account through FedEx, UPS or DHL, we'll ship using the method you provide. We also add a $3.50 handling fee per shipment.

Same-Day Shipping
Same-day shipping does not apply to distributors.
GHI Electronics will ship your order the same-day only if your order meets the following requirements:
- Your order is placed before 11:00 am ET (Eastern Time).
- Your order is placed on a business day.
- You paid your order in full.
- Your order's items are in-stock.
- You selected a shipping method other than FedEx Ground, USPS First-Class Mail or USPS First-Class Mail International.
Return Policy
We only accept returns for items that are less than 6 months old.
Your board will fall into one of two categories — Intact or Defective:
Intact
GHI Electronics will issue you an RMA email if your items:
- Have not been modified (soldered, scratched, burnt, or otherwise "played with") and is in new condition.
- Have not been powered or reprogrammed.
- Items returned after 14 days of receipt will incur a 15% restocking fee.
- Shipping and handling is not refundable. We are not responsible for any shipping charges.
- Returns must include ALL factory accessories which come with the item.
- Returns must include a copy of your RMA email.
Defective (modified or not)
If you believe your item is defective and would like to send it in for inspection you will need to contact us for authorization of your return. Include order number with a short description of your issue, how the board was modified and how it has been used.
If we authorize your return please include the following:
- Include ALL factory accessories which come with the item.
- Include a copy of your RMA email.
