FEZ Cerb40 II is 100% open source hardware board that combines the FEZ Cerberus' 32-bit 168MHz processor and core NETMF software on a very small Sysytem on Module, in a DIP40 format. This board is ideal for low-volume production run and for easy prototyping. Developers normally start with FEZ Cerberus mainboard for easy plug-and-play and then later use FEZ Cerb40 to live permanently in a product.

Whether using .NET Gadgeteer, .NET Micro Framework or even use native programming, developers will enjoy the benefits from FEZ Cerb40.

In comparison with the original Cerb40, the new rev 2 includes the 3.3V regulator and 32.768Khz RTC crystal.
