How does this bill acceptor interface with the ChipworkX

The does you sent is "installation instructions" and it doesn't say anything about how it is interfaced!

Why don't you contact the manufacture? Once you know how it works with any micro the you can easily use the details to know how to use it with NETMF

Sorry about that link. I suppose the question that I really need answered is this; Can the ChipworkX board interface with the Multi Drop Bus interface, or is a conversion needed meaning Multi Drop Bus needs to first be converted to RS232?

From the doc, it looks like the interface is not TTL nor RS232 but actually it uses an optically isolated interface. See section 4.4 "example schematic".
