Hi,

After filling in everything and click "Register", nothing happened except the button is dimmed.

Please advice?

What browser are you using?

I managed to registered but didn't allow me to continue with Country = Hong Kong & postal code = 999077. There was an error message and required me to open an account with the delivery company with extra cost.
