This output comes from Microsoft inner code. This question is best answered by them

Hi GHI_Support,

i want to provide the answer from Microsoft online community regarding this topic:

That info is generated internally in the CLR itself and is only disabled by
the OEM. They would need to provide an RTM build. However, note that the RTM
build also disables debugging from Visual studio. The RTM build is typically
only used for final shipping products.

Would be great if GHI could offer the next firmware version as such a RTM build. I am working with lots of serial communication, and debug output is nearly useless beause of the GC output coming every second then. ;-)

The debug messages are only shown on the debug output! How does this impact your data?

The primary intention was that the user should not see any debug messages and GC-output, the second one is to save process time.. So it would be nice if u could provide a RTM and a non-RTM build .. (but i don't know how much work this would be for you..) So that we can use the non-RTM build while development, and the RTM one for final product.
