You have to connect the enable pin to any pin on embedded master and then connect the serial data pin to any UART input (we got 4 of them but I recommend using the one on SV1) That is all you need. SV1 connector has everything you need but the voltage available is 3.3V and I think you need 5V for the RFID reader
Look the the development system schematic to see whee SV1 is and where the UART RX pin is located
